Meta Yoga Studio officially opened their doors on Wednesday October 8th, 2006.
Co-located with Excalibur Spa at 105 Victoria Street West in Alliston, Ontario, Meta Yoga Studio is New Tecumesth's newest Yoga studio. Owner and instructor Joe Feiner brings his many years of experience to his classes. He take's great care to support individualized and healthy yoga practices and encourages students to pay close attention to what is right for them. He understands the needs of those trying yoga for the first time, especially those who have been involved in other fitness activities while at the same time has the experience to work with more advanced students.
Joe believes that yoga is for everyone and strives to have every student walk out of his class with a smile and sense of peace.
